QRBench is a comparison website. We do not require accounts, we do not set advertising cookies, and we do not sell data.
Data controller
The data controller for qrbench.com is Swel (EURL), registered under number 908 965 304 (R.C.S. Paris), 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Standard server logs from our hosting provider (IP address, user agent, requested pages) used for security and aggregate traffic measurement.
Analytics
We measure traffic with Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics sets its standard first-party cookies for every visitor, wherever they are, to measure visits and navigation. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We run no advertising and no ad-related tracking anywhere. Analytics data is processed by Google; see Google's privacy policy for how they handle it.
Questionnaire responses
The questionnaire works without an account or mandatory sharing. If you enable sharing, Swel records your completed steps, the answers included in your result, the recommendations shown and clicks to providers or QRBench reviews. We use this analysis to understand expressed needs and improve the questionnaire. The legal basis is your consent; declining does not affect your recommendations.
Passages have a random reference kept only in memory while the page is open. This history uses no cookies or persistent browser storage. The response database contains no name, email, IP address, browser fingerprint, destination URL or free text. Hosting security logs are separate.
Data is retained for 5 years with daily deletion, in a Cloudflare D1 database located in the European Union and accessible only to the publisher. It is not sent to Google Analytics. Uncheck the option to stop sharing and request deletion of passages shared on the still-open page; a message confirms deletion or reports an error to retry. Once the page is closed, its reference is no longer kept in your browser and we cannot link a passage to your identity.
If you email [email protected], we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you (in practice: email correspondence). Write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
